1Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "bdwin", "platform", "we" or "service" refers to the bdwinapp.cam website and its associated applications. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform or wishing to register.

These terms apply even when the platform is accessed from outside Bangladesh, and users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.

2Account Registration

Opening an account on bdwin is completely free, and only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable violation.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• OTP verification on the mobile number provided at registration is mandatory.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading, the account may be cancelled at any time.

2.2 Account Security

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the bdwin support team immediately. bdwin is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access by third parties; however, our support team is available 24 hours a day to help resolve issues quickly.

3Age Limit and Identity Verification

All bdwin services — casino, slots, cricket betting or any other game — are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors opening or using an account is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Identity Verification Process

bdwin may request a national identity card or equivalent document at any time to confirm a member's identity. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete. This process is necessary to protect all members.

3.2 Protection of Minors

If evidence is found that a minor is using an account, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements associated with the bonus have been met.
• The mobile number used for withdrawal must match the number registered on the account.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, bdwin reserves the right to carry out additional verification.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bdwin offers various bonuses and rewards to members. Each offer has specific conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdwin gives a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 General Conditions for Other Bonuses

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the offer explicitly permits it.
• Bonuses may only be used for the account holder's own betting or gaming activity.
• The contribution of each bet towards meeting the wagering requirement will be stated in the individual offer details.
• bdwin reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer, with prior notice given for bonuses that have already been claimed.
• If any manipulation or unfair means are used to take advantage of bonus offers, the account may be permanently closed.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bdwin are final and cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed. In sports betting, outcomes are determined in accordance with the official rules of the relevant sport.

6.1 Sports Betting

• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with bdwin's own policy.
• If a bet is not accepted during live betting due to a technical issue, the bet will be considered void.
• If an unusual volume of bets is placed on a single match, bdwin reserves the right to review those bets.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

The outcome of all casino and slot games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error causes a game result to be displayed incorrectly, the correct result will be considered final and adjustments will be made accordingly.

6.3 VIP Program

bdwin's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver members receive up to 0.8% and Gold members receive up to 1.2%. This cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's activity.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdwin platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using multiple identities or payment methods for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using bots, automated software or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Participating in match fixing or any other illegal betting practice.

8Account Suspension and Closure

bdwin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account if the member violates these terms or engages in activities harmful to the platform.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, they may contact the bdwin support team. If there is a remaining balance before account closure, it may be withdrawn subject to wagering conditions being met.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

9Data Protection

bdwin takes the highest technical measures to protect members' personal data. All data transfers are kept secure using SSL encryption.
